Damage, Claims & Payment Policy
Pre-existing Condition
Items may show signs of prior wear or existing damage. Minor scuffs or marks consistent with normal moving are
not considered damage.
Definition of Damage
Damage is defined as structural or functional impairment caused directly by the removal team during the service.
Inspection & Completion
Customers are given the opportunity to inspect items at the time of delivery. Any concerns must be raised before the team leaves.
Claims Process
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of completion and include clear photographs and a description of the issue.
Payment
Full payment is due on completion unless damage is verified and accepted by Bicester Removals. Withholding
payment due to unverified claims is not permitted.
Customer Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
